Till when i can update a specific inquiry?
Until you mark the inquiry as closed or enrolled.

Is it a good practice to close an inquiry?
Its up to the institute. You may mark an inquiry as closed if they are no longer interested in your services. If you don't close, then will keep on showing in your search results and may waste your employees time from attending them.
Can I re-open a closed inquiry?
Yes.

Search by name, email, phone number, course, expected to join, inquiry date, gender etc. Check panel above.

- Can i download my data?
  Yes, anytime. We have bulk download option to help you download your data.
- How to update courses on my system?
  For this demo user without login, you can't add/update courses. To add/update courses, you must be a registered training center with us.
