FAQs

How to add a student?
You need to enroll a student in inquiry management module. It is a process like Add Inquiry > Enroll > Collect Fee > Certificate.
When certificate checkbox gets activated?
Once fee is paid and course is completed at least 90%.
How can I see a student info?
Yes. Expand student info and click on Student Id to see student's info like personal details, when enrolled, summary of fee collection etc.
Can a counselor change student courses and fees after enrollment?
No. However, an admin can so that they get notified about the same.
Will I get reminder for fee collection?
Yes. If next pay date is equal to today's date then the fee reminder icon will be displayed. Pay Fees button is enabled to registered training centers only.
Can I re-open a left student?
Yes.
- Search options?
  Search by name, email, phone number, course, % complete, enrolled date, batch start date, next pay date, gender etc. Check panel above.
- Can i download my data?
  Yes, anytime. We have bulk download option to help you download your data whenever you wish.
- How to update courses on my system?
  For this demo user without login, you can't add/update courses. To add/update courses, you must be a registered training center with us.
